Through Feeder is manufactured using best grade material and are used for handling shafts in auto loading and unloading systems. Shafts are placed on the inclined table from where pneumatic cylinder feeds single shaft at one time to belt conveyor, which then feeds shafts into centerless grinding machine. After the process of grinding, shafts are taken out form unloading belt conveyor.
Anti-Vibration-Pad ensures fixed tolerance rate for accurate vibrate calculations. The solid base metal of this pad resists high shock loads without deformation. This pad is extensively used to separate vibrations from other sources/machines.
Heat Exchanger is a device that is specially designed for competent removal of heat from hydraulic oil. This exchanger keeps the working fluid, bearing cool as well as grinding head and thereby increases the life of grinding head.
Bar Feeder helps in guiding long bars on centerless grinding machines. This feeder comprise of two units one outlet and one inlet.
